The environment is thoughtfully and lovingly furnished, featuring a double room with a private bathroom that includes a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet. You will have access to a 32” Smart TV, a minibar, air conditioning, heating, and a private terrace with a view of the dome of the Badia di Sant’Agata, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of exploration. The room is equipped with bed linens and towels, as well as a courtesy set for your comfort.

Palazzo Sant’Alfano is the perfect choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the history and true spirit of Catania. Located in a historic building along the bustling Via Etnea, the main shopping street, it is just a short walk from some of the city’s most iconic sites. Only a five-minute stroll from the fish market A 'Piscaria, you will have the chance to experience the unique atmosphere of Catania.
In the vibrant heart of the city, nestled between Piazza Duomo and Piazza Università, stepping outside your door will place you right on Via Etnea, ready to explore this captivating city. To your right awaits Piazza Università, and as you continue along the street, you can admire Piazza Stesicoro with its monument dedicated to Bellini and the Roman Amphitheater. Don't miss the lively “Fera 'o Luni,” the famous Catanese market located between Piazza Stesicoro and Piazza Carlo Alberto, and treat yourself to a break in the historic Villa Bellini, one of the oldest gardens in the city, just nine minutes from your doorstep.
If you choose to go left, you will arrive at Piazza Duomo, featuring the majestic Church of Sant’Agata and the Elephant Fountain “U Liotru.” Right here, you’ll find the bustling Piscarìa, where the fish market livens up the mornings, surrounded by eateries serving delicious meals for lunch and dinner, all beneath a charming sky filled with colorful umbrellas and thousands of lights.
All major monuments and points of interest are within walking distance, and nearby you will find taxis, bus stops, bike and car rentals, as well as tourist buses for city exploration. If you are arriving by car, we recommend parking at Parcheggio Borsellino, just a four-minute walk away across from Piazza Duomo.
From the airport, you can take the Alibus, which stops in the city center, and get off at Piazza Paolo Borsellino.
