Palazzo Rustici B&B
The B&B Palazzo Rustici is a charming accommodation located in the San Marciano district, one of the historic neighborhoods of L'Aquila. It is situated inside the picturesque 18th-century Palazzo Rustici, which features a lovely inner courtyard with a well/cistern. Following the earthquake on April 6, 2009, the palace has been completely restored and reinforced, bringing it back to its former glory.
The rooms, two doubles and one triple, are spacious, comfortable, and bright. Each room is equipped with a private en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin and/or bathtub and bidet. Additionally, one of the double rooms and the triple room have a large terrace. There is also a two-room suite of approximately 70 sqm, which can accommodate up to three people. The suite is characterized by decorated vaults and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin and a large separate bathtub, perfect for two people. The rooms and suite are cleaned daily to ensure maximum comfort.
Furthermore, we offer two one-bedroom apartments: one of 30 sqm with a double bed and one of 60 sqm with up to four beds. These apartments are available for overnight stays only and include a fully equipped kitchenette and a private en-suite bathroom.
All the rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The rooms and suite are equipped with air conditioning, a fan, orthopedic wooden slat bases, extra-large mattresses (170 x 200 cm), and memory foam pillows. You will also find a desk, a refrigerator, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
From early June to late September, guests can enjoy free access to a 300 sqm equipped solarium garden with a whirlpool mini pool for a maximum of six people. The entrance to the garden is about sixty meters from Palazzo Rustici and is reserved only for guests of the property.
Breakfast is served in a spacious room with a sweet and savory buffet and specific options for guests with dietary intolerances. Breakfast is included in the price for the suite and rooms.
Various free public parking spaces are available in front of the entrance to the property and in the immediate vicinity, conveniently accessible to guests.
