Our place is not a palace, but rather a home where Luciana and Claudio do their best to welcome guests and friends visiting Mantua. The location is peaceful and the rooms are comfortable. The house is old and does not have an elevator.
We serve a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, moka or espresso, tea bags, fresh whole milk, fruit juice, fresh bread and croissants, crackers, cookies, a selection of sweets, yogurt, butter, honey and jam, cereals, and seasonal fruit. Eggs and savory food are available upon request.
Throughout the day and night, we have a corner where customers can freely help themselves to espresso and American coffee, tea, and infusions. A small refrigerator is available for food storage.

In the heart of the city center, within the Palazzo Arrivabene, lies this old residence which appears in the Teresian Cadastre, designated as a "House and Court with attached garden," owned by the Arrivabene brothers who built it in the late 15th century.
