The B&B l'Olivo is located near the Congress Center of the Fortezza da Basso, just a 10-minute walk from the Central Station (or 4 minutes with Tram1) and a 20-minute walk from the Duomo, considered the heart of the historic center. Additionally, we are close to the Careggi Hospital, easily reachable via the T1 tram line in just 13 minutes. Despite our proximity to the center, we are outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL), so it is possible to reach us comfortably by car. Thanks to an agreement with the Municipality, we offer our guests the possibility to park on the street at a reduced cost of 10 euros for 24 hours, with free parking on public holidays. Our B&B offers fully equipped rooms with private bathrooms, a hearty breakfast prepared in-house and served in our lovely garden. All our rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private en-suite bathrooms. The B&B is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible even for people with mobility difficulties. The garden and common area are spaces available to all our guests, and for those traveling by bike, it is possible to leave the bikes at the B&B safely while exploring the city.
