The Oleandri is a unique Bed & Breakfast. It is a small apartment with a double room (also for single use) and the possibility to add two more beds. Featuring a private bathroom, a cozy living room with kitchen, and a private parking with automatic gate, it is ideal for those who wish to be close to a hospitalized person. In fact, its strategic location near Santa Maria Nuova allows reaching the hospital area in just a 5-minute walk, while Villa Verde is only a 10-12 minute drive away. Unfortunately, due to potential allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets.
