The house is not equipped with air conditioning but with fans, if you are looking for a comfortable and simple base to explore Sardinia, our double room is designed for travelers passing through, with the right mix of tranquility and practicality. We are in a quiet side street of Viale Aldo Moro, an expanding neighborhood of Olbia. Here you will find shops, supermarkets such as Lidl, Eurospin, MD, plus daily services such as a pharmacy, bar, gym and ATM. In a few minutes you can reach the Costa Smeralda airport (about 3?km) and the port station, from where ferries depart for the Gallura islands and the Costa Smeralda. WiiFi and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with only one other room (maximum capacity of the house: 4 people). Being street-facing, you could feel the life of the city - perfect if you like to be "in the heart" of Sardinia, without isolating yourself.
