Located in the peaceful hillside village of Castellano, the Oasi di Ciucani Tiziana Bed and Breakfast is situated on the first floor of a brand new and modern building constructed in 2009, approximately 3 km from the sea. Castellano is a small hamlet in the municipality of Sant'Elpidio a Mare, in the province of Ascoli Piceno. The Oasi Bed and Breakfast is a 90 sqm apartment consisting of a double room with the possibility of an additional bed, a room with two single beds, two bathrooms, a dining room with kitchen, and a TV room. The B&B has air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a private garden. Guests can take advantage of free outdoor parking and/or a paid underground garage. The B&B is completely reserved for one reservation at a time, even if it's for a single person. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, jams, butter, honey, biscuits, tea, Nutella, cakes, and/or croissants. Upon arrival, it is necessary to show identification documents for registration at the property. The entire stay must be paid in cash upon arrival.
