This room is named after a nearby farm meadow, which has inspired us to choose flowery bathroom tiles and vibrant upholstery.
Take a plunge Weiher has been named after our nearby lake and its protected natural habitat. The highlight of this spacious double bedroom is its impressive aquarium separating the bathroom and the living area. Watch the colourful fish while in the luxury raindance shower or as you relax in the living area, where old roof beams have been tastefully combined with new elements. A good place to immerse yourself and relax.
Where the city meets the countryside Oberanger is a spacious double bedroom with a gorgeous view of Brunico, Plan de Corones and the village of Teodone/Dietenheim. A roof beam marks the transition between the bedroom and the living room. The bathroom boasts an oversize shower and a bathtub for two. The toilet and bidet are found in the adjacent room. This room explores the space between the urban and the rural, between earth and air. An inspiring subject, which has led to our rare choice of tiles and furniture.
Bright and classy We have named this 40-square-metre double bed room after the nearby vicarage. The private balcony has a stunning view of the village church, surrounded by fields and mountains. The antique tiled stove will give you a warm welcome as you enter the room. Frescoes have adorned these walls for centuries and have been lovingly restored. The bright room opens onto a spacious bathroom with a shower, luxury bathtub and bidet. Tasteful sitting arrangements and furniture make for pleasant reading and relaxing hours.
Contemporary style blends in with Tradition Tafel is a modern, open-plan junior suite. A roof beam marks the transition between the living and the bedroom area. It recalls one of our meadows, part of a nature reserve area, and its amazing variety of flowers. Discovering how antiques have been lovingly restored and blended with modern comfort might leave you lost in wonder. You are inspired to hunt for more surprises in the separate sitting room.
Feel your heart open The large windows and two balcony doors immerse this south-faced bedroom in warm sunlight during morning hours. The bedroom and the living area have been connected with a creative piece of furniture. A corner alcove holds a luxury rain shower; toilet and bidet are in a separate room. The room opens to a large veranda with a view of the corn field. Earth colours, extravagant bathroom tiles and the radiating sunlight make for a very special atmosphere.
Loosen up The senior suite Colbedoi, named and designed after our mountain lodge in Alta Badia, looks southwards and has a stunning view of Brunico. The romantic bedroom with its four-poster-bed and the separate living area are a perfect place to spend peaceful days. The bathroom with its bathtub designed for two and large shower are part of the modern annex. Toilet and bidet are separate.

You can find her at the reception or in the breakfast room, where she personally prepares meals. In the afternoon, you will come across her here and there - in the apartment, in the garden, in the field, with her children, doing groceries, or in some forest enjoying the vastness of the natural space.
When you look south from the windows of our breakfast room, you will be able to admire the enchanting Plan de Corones, which is much more than just a tourist area. To the west, the majestic peaks of the Dolomites of Braies, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rise towards the sky.
In addition to the Puster Valley, where you will find the Niedemairhof nearby, there are also the valleys of Gsies, Anterselva, Tures-Aurina, and Badia in the immediate vicinity. Each valley is characterized by unique features that make them truly exceptional, such as the local language spoken, the breathtaking nature, and the rich traditions.
