Our guesthouse is located in a charming two-story rustic cottage, nestled in a quiet green area near Trieste. This year we have renovated the rooms with handmade larch elements to ensure an authentic and welcoming experience for our guests. The property is only 3 km from the historic center, with direct connections to Piazza Unità d'Italia via urban buses 11 and 25, which run every 10 minutes. Free parking is available nearby, both on the street and in the Largo Caduti di Nassiriya 1 parking lot. We offer 2 double rooms, both with private bathrooms and furnished in a rustic style with exposed beams, wood, and stone. The rooms are cleaned with ozone treatment to ensure maximum hygiene and safety. For breakfast, we provide guests with a fully equipped kitchen with basic products such as coffee, tea, sugar, cookies, and jams. The property is eco-friendly, with attention to the environment and separate waste collection, as well as equipped with solar and photovoltaic panels and a pellet stove. We are pleased to offer a family-friendly and informal environment, suitable for couples, families, and groups of friends. Furthermore, we are available to provide tourist information and advice on activities to do in the area, including walking tours.
