In particular, the Taverna dell'Artista is renowned for its excellence in preparing Montelupone artichokes, a Slow Food product that represents a true symbol of the region. During artichoke season, our chef creates no less than 30 different dishes using this splendid ingredient.
Furthermore, we specialize in risotto preparation, thanks to our close collaboration with the renowned Ferron rice mill and our friendship with the rice king Gabriele Ferron. Our risotto menu offers a wide variety of tastes and flavors that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
