Housed in a 19th-century building, the property has recently been renovated and transformed into a charming farmhouse, respecting the traditional Umbrian architectural style, and four independent apartments have been created.
Montelovesco is a place with a rich history, as evidenced by the Castellaccio, an ancient fortification dating back to 1100 AD. The property is surrounded by nature and offers an authentic and relaxing experience, far from the chaos of the cities. Guests can enjoy cool nights, starry skies, and the summer song of crickets and cicadas.

The suite, accessed via a private patio, has a wide room with a canopy bed and floor-level bathtub and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower facilities and the kitchen make the suite completely independent and ideal for total relax. Outside, in the private patio, are a table, chairs and armchairs.
"Le Ciliegie" apartment is an open-space with independent access to the garden, it can accomodate 2 to 4 people. On the ground floor is the living room equipped with a sofa bed (2 singles), kitchen area and washing machine. On the first floor is the double room and the bathroom.
The spacious "Le Albicocche" apartment has an independent entrance from the garden and can accomodate 5 people. It includes a double room with a walk-in closet and a bed for a child or an adult of short stature. A double room with separated beds, bathroom with shower, dining room with dishwasher. The apartment has a double access, one to the room and one to the living room, making it perfect to accomodate two couples or a family.
Spacious and charming apartment with three bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. The rooms can accommodate 2 or 3 people and can have either single or double beds. The large living area of 45 square meters is ideal for relaxing and sharing special moments with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a six-burner SMEG stove, and an oven. During cold winter days, let the warmth of the wood stove envelop you, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Designed for small groups who wish to spend time together without compromising their privacy, the apartment does not have televisions, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
"Le Olive" is a spacious apartment with 4 double or triple rooms, each with a private bathroom. The 45 m2 day-area invites conviviality: dining-living room with a wood stove and an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with 6 burning fires and oven. The ideal solution for small groups and for anyone who wants to spend company-time without compromising privacy. One of the rooms is licensed to host disabled guests.

The Montelovesco Agriturismo is located in a splendid rural area, surrounded by tranquility and peace of the countryside, just 3 km from Gubbio Pian D'Assino, which easily connects to Gubbio and the E45. This area is characterized by low urbanization, being mainly agricultural and wooded. Its altitude of 450 meters contributes to creating a unique atmosphere. The lack of urban development makes this place almost untouched, so much so that it is a destination for observation and study for natural science students from the university. With a bit of luck, you can spot deer, wild boars, hedgehogs, and birds of prey. Every year, some families of swallows return to nest and at the end of May - beginning of June, the evenings light up with the spectacle of fireflies. Furthermore, with a short 20-minute walk, you can reach the "Cascatelle", beautiful water pools formed by the falls of the Lanna stream.
