The Monte Due Torri Agriturismo takes its name from the Monte Due Torri, located in a 20-hectare park 30 km from Rome, in the heart of the Castelli Romani. This place is full of history and is identified with Maecium, a fortified castle where the dictator Mario Furio Camillo achieved a famous victory over the Volsci in 389 BC. Even today, it is possible to admire the ancient medieval walls and the farmhouse built above impressive Roman cisterns. Originally, it was an advanced outpost of the castle to control the road to Anzio.
Immersed in the magnificence of the mountain, Monte Due Torri offers original architecture and eco-friendly design.
Since 2010, in addition to being an agriturismo, Monte Due Torri is also a refreshment point, a place for recreation, a wellness area, and a swimming pool.
Hospitality and welcoming are the main characteristics of this place. In a splendid and fascinating location, you have the opportunity to taste traditional cuisine prepared with local products such as pasta, bread, pastries, olive oil, honey, vegetables, fruits, balsamic sauces, wine, and sparkling wine.
