This farmhouse dates back to the late 19th century and is a typical example of the Marche countryside. It is surrounded by a vast park of centuries-old oak trees and olive groves. Its location is its strong point, offering a magical experience surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains.
It has 5 rooms with facilities: 2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, and 1 room with separate beds. The rooms are carefully furnished following the sober style of the country houses of the past.
In the kitchen-living room, which still seems to have remained unchanged over time thanks to the original Marche furniture and objects, you can relax as if you were at home.
For longer stays or for those who want more autonomy, there are two apartments available: Alba and Tramonto. The Alba apartment has a spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small panoramic terrace. The Tramonto apartment consists of a kitchen-living area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a panoramic terrace. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning.
You can wake up at dawn, pampered by the chirping of birds, and admire the sunrise, following it until the spectacular sunsets.
The property is located 20 minutes from the beach of Porto San Giorgio and 40 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains. It is also an ideal starting point for cultural, religious, and gastronomic itineraries, such as Fermo, Loreto, Ascoli Piceno, etc.
