Mimi Leuca B&B was born in 2022, the result of a consolidated experience in the tourism-hospitality sector, gained in the field of holiday homes and rooms for rent. The project is led by Luca, a senior host with a long and consolidated experience in the real estate and tourism sector, both nationally and internationally. Located just 500 meters from the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, the B&B enjoys a strategic position: in a few minutes you can reach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the suggestive seafront. The Rooms The Mimi Leuca B&B offers a welcoming structure consisting of four double bedrooms, all with private bathroom. Each room is air conditioned and equipped with a winter heating system with gas-powered radiators, to ensure maximum comfort in every season. - Two rooms have a private balcony, ideal for enjoying a pleasant panoramic view and convenient access to the outside. - The other two rooms, without a balcony, offer greater tranquility and privacy. All rooms have access to the shared terrace, from which you can admire the splendid view of the western part of Santa Maria di Leuca. The entrance to the rooms is managed by *electronic key*, to ensure safety and convenience for guests. In addition to Leuca, the entire Ionian and Adriatic coast offers numerous locations that can be easily reached by car in just 5 minutes. Among these, the most famous are the Maldives of Salento, Torrevado, San Gregorio, Felloniche, Ciardo, Ciolo, Novaglie, Tricase Porto, Marina di Andrano, Castro, Santa Cesarea and Torre d'Orso.
