Located in the heart of Milan's historic center, between two of the city's most important streets - Via Orefici and Via Spadari - our cozy penthouses are part of the rooftop of a building that has contributed to the commercial, social, and urban development of the city. Nevertheless, they maintain the charm of ancient Italian residences.
Historically, Italy has been characterized by the variety of roofs that adorn its landscape. This variety has been influenced by the availability of local materials. In the flat and mountainous areas of the Po Valley, a region crossed by numerous streams, clay has been the predominant material. Our attics, once covered with clay tiles, testify to this tradition still preserved today in some of the surrounding buildings.
From the windows of our attics, you can admire this fascinating Italian architectural tradition and immerse yourself in the history of Milan.
