Our cozy accommodation is located just a 10-minute drive from the sea and 5 km away, in a privileged position above Final Borgo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. From here, you can reach the village on foot in about 20 minutes, along a historic panoramic road. Climbing enthusiasts will find the famous walls of Finale Ligure just a few steps away, while the main shuttle stations for bikers are only 10 minutes away.
Our property is located halfway up the hill, at the height of Castel Govone, offering a perfect balance between the sea and the mountains. We have adjacent rooms, one double and one single, both with private en-suite bathrooms. We are not in the inland, but on a first hill above Finalborgo.
The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, freezer, and fans. The entrance is independent and for the single room, there is a reserved parking space within the property.
Guests can enjoy a wonderful terrace furnished with a coffee table and chairs, or relax in the courtyard furnished for breakfast, located on the lower floor.
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children. We offer different accommodation options to meet every need:
Family Use: two adjacent rooms with a double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds for children, such as a single bed or a travel cot for children under 3 years old (provided by the property, if available, or brought by you).
Double Use: double room with a 150x190 bed, with the possibility of adding a single bed at an additional cost for those who prefer to sleep separately. Please request it at the time of booking.
Single Use: single room with an 80x200 bed (available only if not in high season, to ensure the total capacity of the property).
Wi-Fi connection is included both in the room and in the garden. Breakfast is served in the garden at the agreed time with you, between 8:00 and 9:30. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, private en-suite bathroom compared to the two adjacent rooms, hairdryer, mini shampoo/shower gel, and wine glasses.
Check-in is available from 18:00 to 20:30, while check-out must be done by 11:00. Cleaning and towel change are done every two days. Early check-in, if possible, incurs an additional charge.
Breakfast will be served in the dedicated dining room or in the garden, at the time you request between 8:00 and 9:30. This time will be agreed upon at check-in or the day before (please do not arrange breakfast time the night before, it is too late, thank you:)
Usually, we offer American coffee with hot milk, tea or Hag/del coffee, accompanied by high-quality croissants and various types of biscuits. You will also find classic toast with homemade jams and butter. In addition, we have whole wheat bread and focaccia from Liguria. Yogurt with muesli and honey is highly appreciated, and sometimes we offer seasonal fruit if available from our trees, along with always-present fruit juice. Occasionally, I enjoy making pancakes, omelettes, cakes, and cookies:)
The included breakfast therefore includes water, hot beverages, fruit juice, a selection of baked goods, yogurt with muesli and honey/toppings, and of course, toast and individual portions of jam always available. We also have plant-based milk available.
We do not offer personalized breakfasts, but at the time of booking, you can request special breakfasts with an additional cost, such as GLUTEN/LACTO FREE, VEG, or SAVORY BREAKFAST.

Quiet and surrounded by greenery, this area is perfect for relaxation. There are numerous opportunities for pleasant walks, and for climbing enthusiasts, there are many walls nearby. Just an 8-minute walk away, you will find a delightful restaurant where you can enjoy excellent cuisine. In just 20 minutes on foot, you can reach one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Final Borgo. Along the Beretta road, which was once traveled by carriages, you can admire a spectacular panorama and pass by the majestic Fortezza San Giovanni. The Finale tollbooth and the sea are just a 10-minute drive away.
