The booking conditions are transparent and include a 30% deposit of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer, balance of the stay upon delivery of the keys, cash deposit upon delivery of the keys, prohibition of animals in accommodation without authorization and the price of the stay formulated for a specific number of registered guests.
The reception closes at 9: 00 pm, please contact the property in case of delays. The customer accepts the contractual conditions at the time of online or telematic booking and can choose between different types of accommodation at different rates and services. Changes to accommodation are not allowed once the booking has been made.

If you wish to have breakfast in the privacy of your room, we will be happy to bring it directly to you. Our typical Italian breakfast includes milk, coffee, biscuits, jam, yogurt and fruit juice. However, if you prefer, we can make some substitutions without altering the overall breakfast: you can request tea instead of coffee, toast instead of biscuits, honey instead of jam, and fresh fruit instead of yogurt.
