Our family completely renovated their home at the end of 2021 and in March 2022 opened a section as a B&B. When guests arrive, they are welcomed with kindness and availability, finding complete autonomy and respect for privacy guaranteed by an exclusive area for them.

The property has an independent entrance with a reinforced door. On the first floor, in a very bright environment, there is a double room that can accommodate up to three people and a single room that can accommodate up to two people. There is also a bathroom with a large window exclusively available to guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, where guests can enjoy breakfast. They will also find a new smart TV in the accommodation.

We are located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bologna, close to the Meloncello arch, from which you can walk to the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca. We are also a few minutes' walk from the R. Dall'Ara football stadium, a 10-minute walk from the Maggiore Hospital, and just a 15-minute walk from the city's historic center.

The area is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, and it is well served by public transport to easily and quickly reach both the city center and the train station. Nearby, there are numerous shops, some specializing in organic food, a Coop shopping center, a Carrefour Express mini supermarket, take-away pizzerias, restaurants, and many other shops. There are also coin-operated laundromats just 400 meters away.

B&B Matinvito is the ideal place to stay for leisure, study, or work, offering comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The rooms have a private bathroom with a spacious shower (80x120 cm), hairdryer, Wi-Fi connection in all areas, heating and air conditioning, a safety deposit box, and double-glazed windows.

Furthermore, B&B Matinvito offers free on-site parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Paid street parking is also available at a cost of 7.50 euros per day. Guests can park their car for free right in front of the B&B entrance.

For stays of more than five days, guests can use the washing machine, ironing board, and iron free of charge. Upon request (for a fee), the drying service with the dryer is available.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in a spacious room equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, and kettle. Guests can take a break for tea or coffee at any time of the day.

The property provides guests with a part of the private garden, equipped with umbrellas, tables, chairs, and armchairs, where they can enjoy breakfast during the summer or relax during their stay.

We will be present in the accommodation for any needs during the guests' stay.
