Just 3 km from the center of Noci, this beautiful Apulian farmhouse from the late 19th century provides an authentic experience surrounded by 7 hectares of forest and 40 hectares of cultivated land. Guests have the option to stay in trulli or rooms, both featuring original stone floors and handcrafted furnishings made from reclaimed materials.
Each accommodation comes with a private relaxation area complete with a coffee table and sun loungers, a kettle with a selection of herbal teas, a minibar stocked with local products, underfloor heating, an LCD TV, Wi-Fi, and a set of organic toiletries. The trulli, which include air conditioning and kitchenware, offer unique features like a heated jacuzzi.
The day begins with a breakfast made from local ingredients. Upon request, traditional lunches and dinners made with organic products from the farmhouse are available, as well as items for purchase in the shop such as olive oil, flours, jams, honey, wines, and preserves. Cooking classes with the ladies of the house allow guests to learn how to prepare traditional dishes, including tomato sauce, friselle, and preserves.
For leisure activities, the farmhouse provides bike or vintage car tours, tastings of oils, wines, and cheeses, and opportunities for walks in the woods either on foot or horseback, as well as couples' massages in the room. The location is perfect for quickly reaching Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, and the Itria Valley, with destinations like Ostuni, Matera, and Castel del Monte a bit further away.
