The two accommodation facilities "Matera sassi rooms 21/A and 21/B" consist of 7 and 6 rooms respectively, all equipped with private bathrooms. They have been created to offer a welcoming and comfortable environment that combines hotel features with a family atmosphere. Furthermore, they are located within a short distance from Matera's historic districts, the famous "sassi". This project has been realized thanks to the collaboration of Vito and Enza's families, who wish to transmit the familiar warmth of their own home to their guests, as well as the emotions that the city of Matera, one of the oldest and most suggestive in the world, can offer. The city is the ideal place to enjoy relaxation and entertainment, also offering a wide choice of historical, archaeological, cultural, naturalistic, and seaside itineraries. Moreover, the beautiful coasts of the Ionian Sea, which are only a few kilometers away, can be easily reached. The structure is newly built and its central location allows for easy access to strategic services such as bars only 20 meters away, pizzerias with home delivery service, restaurants with typical cuisine and takeaway self-service, local product shops, self-service laundry, bus stops, and supermarkets.
