Maso le Mosne
The Maso le Mosne is located at an altitude of 1200 meters, about 6 kilometers from the center of Malè, the main city of Val di Sole. This building was originally a farmhouse and still today it testifies to years of hard work and self-sufficiency: the stables, the barn, the fields. In 2016 it was restored using exclusively natural materials such as wood, lime, and clay, following the principles of green building. All rooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and are provided with bath and sauna towels. Additionally, you will find a hairdryer at your disposal.
Included in the price of your stay, you can enjoy a delightful sweet and savory breakfast. We will offer you fresh bread, homemade cookies and cakes, tasty mountain butter, local jams and honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, apple juice, cold cuts and cheeses from local producers, and eggs. You can choose from a selection of teas, milk, and coffee to enjoy comfortably in the dining room or in the peaceful outdoor garden.
Breakfast and dinner will be served in the common room directly connected to a spacious outdoor area, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the natural beauty of the Dolomites of Brenta and the Adamello-Presanella Alps.
Our passion for life and our curiosity have constantly driven us to seek a healthy dietary style, aware of the fact that "we are what we eat". For this reason, we offer a nutritious and organic cuisine that is balanced from a nutritional point of view.
The raw materials we use mainly come from our adjacent crops at Maso le Mosne, such as vegetables, cereals, potatoes, legumes, and fruit. Additionally, we collaborate with trusted local companies for meat, cheese, fruit, and beverages, and we also use products from fair trade.
There will also be multicultural influences, the result of our numerous travel experiences in different parts of the world. Furthermore, upon request, we offer dinners with traditional dishes prepared with organic and locally sourced ingredients. The menu, which includes dessert and coffee, costs €25 for adults and €10 for children up to 12 years old.

Paolo - As a forest officer of the Stelvio National Park, I have accumulated extensive knowledge about the local flora and fauna. I am also a passionate carpenter and farmer. I have dedicated time and dedication to the restoration of Maso le Mosne, personally making the wooden furniture and taking care of the organic crops adjacent to the farmhouse, such as potatoes, vegetables, corn, and cereals, using ancient fruit varieties. I will be happy to answer all your questions.
Corinna - Passionate about new experiences and travel, my parents have already taken me to all continents of the world! I love archery, animals, and nature. Together with my dad, I enjoy powerful challenges with medieval bows built by him.
