Welcome to our world! Marina Holiday Homes in Porto Rotondo is a top-notch pet-friendly facility, recognized as one of the best in Italy. Our vacation home, a guesthouse where we also reside as owners, has 10 apartments. The minimum stay is one week, as we do not rent on a daily basis and do not offer on-site catering services. Priority is given to stays of 10 nights or more. Porto Rotondo: Located in a quiet yet central area, our facility is surrounded by a 5000 square meter park. It is strategically positioned, just 400 meters from the center of Porto Rotondo and a little over 500 meters from the sea (IRA beach, which also allows access to our four-legged friends in private concessions), easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Additionally, from June to September, the Porto Rotondo Consortium offers a FREE shuttle service to and from the most beautiful beaches in Porto Rotondo. The shuttle operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with a stop right in front of our facility! Our guesthouse includes 10 apartments, including 3 studios, 3 one-bedroom apartments, and 3 two-bedroom apartments, spread over two levels. All apartments have been recently renovated and offer: - Air conditioning and electric ceramic hobs (no gas cylinder in the apartment) - LCD TV - Extra comfortable orthopedic mattresses (no springs) - Spacious patio or equipped outdoor veranda with table, chairs, and sun loungers - Private parking with automatic gate and remote control - Laundry room with washing machines - Free external Wi-Fi with fiber, available in common areas. Distinctive features of our pet-friendly facility of excellence in Italy: - Located in a very quiet and private residential area - Private park of 5000 square meters surrounding the complex, fully accessible and equipped with king-size sun loungers and a relaxation area with outdoor showers for humans and four-legged friends - Dog washing area: an outdoor space where you can wash your furry friends after returning from the beach. Upon request and FREE of charge, extra comfortable sleeping mats and bowls for your four-legged friends in our apartments Large outdoor enclosure for four-legged friends, shaded and secure, to leave your animals in a protected place for a few hours a day if needed (use upon request and subject to availability with prior reservation) Large fenced play area of about 300 square meters, where your four-legged friends can run and play in complete safety We accept pets of all sizes, as long as they are socialized and accustomed to the home environment, at no additional cost. It is possible to accommodate more than one animal per apartment, subject to communication and availability of suitable apartments. Prices vary from a studio for 2 people per week to a two-bedroom apartment for 5 people per week. Discounts are available for stays of 2 weeks or more and based on the number of people occupying the apartments (only for the two-bedroom apartment for 4 or 5 people).
