Its strategic location, 800 meters from the Roncade-Meolo highway exit of the A4 Venice-Trieste highway and 7 minutes from the Treviso Sud highway exit of the Venice-Belluno highway, makes it easily accessible. It is 25 minutes away from Treviso and Venice airports and only 5 minutes from H-FARM, the most important innovation platform in Europe. The Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Monastier is a 3-minute drive away and the Noventa di Piave outlet is 15 minutes away.

Our recently built property is located in the park adjacent to the main residence and has been built with sobriety and elegance, respecting the environment. The refined atmosphere and attention to detail give each room of the bed and breakfast a unique style. It has a large private parking lot, free of charge. You can come back with your car at any time, thanks to the access gate with codes. The garage is available free of charge upon request, for the storage of bicycles or other equipment. The elegant and spacious lemon house, located outside the rooms, is the place where breakfast is served and where the HOME RESTAURANT service can be requested. Guests can enjoy a large park, a charming grove, and a small botanical garden with medicinal herbs.
Marimastè offers three double rooms with the possibility of a second double bed. Each room has independent access from the park. The rooms are extremely quiet and charming, each with a private bathroom. Each room is designed to offer guests an exclusive environment and maximum comfort. All rooms are equipped with TV, WIFI, hairdryer, luggage rack, and also have a small sitting area that can be converted into an additional bed.
Our property is the ideal location for business trips, but also for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, for a natural choice of excellence, with the possibility of quickly reaching many famous tourist destinations. The hosts will be able to provide you with the information you need, not only in Italian but also in English, Spanish, and French.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:00, however, the timing can be customized according to your preferences. You can enjoy it in the charming orange room, but during the warmer months, you also have the option to have breakfast outdoors. The breakfast menu will be discussed with you upon your arrival, so that we can offer you a fresh, abundant, and tailored breakfast to your taste. Our breakfasts are mainly based on the products we produce, and they can be sweet or savory, or you can choose the "healthy breakfast" recommended by our herbal medicine expert. We are always attentive to meeting your every need during your stay.

Greetings from Stefania! Marimastè was born from my family's burning desire to radically change our lives. After managing a pharmacy for a good 20 years, we decided to embark on this new adventure in hospitality, because we firmly believe in the pleasure of welcoming and sharing experiences. We want Marimastè to be not only a place to spend the night, but also a fully lived experience, where the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit are paramount. For many years, my husband Marco, "the family pharmacist," has devoted great attention to studying the secrets that underlie health and longevity. Therefore, we also offer a reservation-only Home Restaurant service, with "health menus," and furthermore, a visit to the botanical garden that is being set up, where you can discover medicinal plants.
In 5 minutes from Marimastè you can find the Meolo train Station. There is a free parking. In 40 minutes without changes you can reach the centre of Venice in a cheap and easy way!
