The Manzoni Suite is named after the street it is located on and is situated on the eighth floor of a building with a view of the city. The structure has 4 rooms with private bathrooms and a common area where guests can use a large fridge, a sofa, and a table to enjoy a coffee. Some rooms also have a portion of terrace with a table and chairs to relax, read a book, or soak up the sun. All rooms are spacious and equipped with a hairdryer, desk, 32" flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Room 5 is a small apartment consisting of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. all rooms overlook a veranda, the bathroom is for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is the possibility of staying in 5 people

Additionally, the suite is just a short walk away from the famous San Benedetto market, the charming Lirico Theater, the courthouse, and various university locations. The area is well served by all city bus lines, which are very efficient, and the metro terminus (Piazza Repubblica).
