Welcome to my cozy home, where I will be happy to host you with simplicity. Here you will feel comfortable and welcomed, without too many luxuries or frills.
The house has six rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. Additionally, you will find a spacious relaxation area with comfortable sofas, armchairs, books, and music. However, there is no television.
Breakfast is homemade and includes bread, cakes, biscuits, jams, yogurt, fruit, eggs, cereals, milk coffee, and tea.
We have a custom of taking off shoes at the entrance, so you will find clean slippers at your disposal. Additionally, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the house.
We offer free parking and a good internet connection for your comfort.
The delightful breakfast is lovingly prepared at home and includes a variety of delicacies: freshly baked bread, traditional pastries, fragrant cookies, genuine jams, and creamy yogurt. In addition, you can savor the authentic taste of butter and cheese, enjoy the freshness of seasonal fruits, and indulge in eggs prepared to your liking.

I will be happy to recommend you excursions, walks and places to visit in order to let you discover the beauty of our enchanting Valle d'Aosta to the fullest.
Our lovely home is located along State Road 26 (Derby - La Salle). Don't worry, even though it's close to the road, we have thought of everything to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sound insulation has been carefully taken care of.
The location of the house is strategic and will allow you to easily reach many tourist attractions. Sky Way and Courmayeur are just a 20-minute drive away, while La Thuile is only 25 minutes away. Pila and Aosta can be reached in just 30 minutes, and the renowned Terme di Pre Saint Didier is only 10 minutes away.
Furthermore, there are delicious restaurants nearby, easily accessible by car. You can enjoy the local cuisine and discover the authentic flavors of the region.
