Maison des Sizes has been the place for our life together since 1993. Today, we are offering for rent a four-room apartment located on the first floor of our family house, which consists of 8 residential units.

The apartment is suitable for two couples of friends or a family, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within a total area of 100 square meters. Additional spaces include a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a sunny living room, and a study/guest room.

This cozy apartment, boasting a stunning view of Mont Blanc, will provide you with the delightful feeling of an authentic and modern mountain home for a perfect stay in the heart of the Aosta Valley.

Maison des Sizes, located in the Derby area, serves as an excellent starting point for visits and excursions, trekking, and walks. Its strategic location allows for quick access, both in summer and winter, to the tourist destinations of La Thuile and Courmayeur, as well as the renowned thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier nearby.

The apartment is located in Derby-Villaret, a small, green, and peaceful mountain village (in the municipality of La Salle). It's an ideal base for outdoor activities, visiting nearby tourist sites, and reaching the ski resorts of Courmayeur and La Thuile, both just 15 km away. The Pre-Saint-Didier thermal baths are also just 8 km away. The bus stop is onlu only 250 meters away. Hiking trails and ultra-trail marked paths start directly from the village.
