Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries, TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and individually adjustable heating.

Breakfast is self-service and independent. A coffee pod machine and a kettle are provided for heating water for tea. You can enjoy delicious jams, Nutella, toast, homemade donuts and pies, biscuits, and sweet ravioli typical of the Bolognese tradition. Additionally, you will find yogurt, milk, and fruit juices. Upon request, you can also have cooked ham, cheese slices, and toast.
