Our cozy family-run B&B is located in Ballabio, a strategic position between Lecco and Valsassina. It is the ideal starting point for those who love being in contact with nature and appreciate the wonders of the surrounding mountains and the famous branch of Lake Como.
Our B&B offers a fully equipped apartment, at your complete disposal, with an independent entrance. There are two rooms with a comfortable French double bed (with the possibility of adding a single bed upon request), a living area with two sofa beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. Additionally, there is public parking available nearby.
Italian breakfast and Wi-Fi access are included in the price. Pets are allowed, but please refrain from smoking indoors.
Lecco is the city where the famous novel "The Betrothed" is set. Here, you can visit the places related to Manzoni and enjoy the beauty of the lake with its walks and small beaches.
Valsassina offers ski facilities and characteristic trails, as well as a nature-immersed cycle path along the Pioverna stream. The surrounding landscape is a true treasure to discover.

Ballabio is a charming village located at an altitude of 700 meters. It is situated near Lecco and Valsassina, providing countless opportunities for activities, from water sports to mountain activities such as mountain biking and horseback riding, among others.
In Lecco, you will also have the chance to visit the picturesque lakeside villages, particularly Bellagio and Varenna, with the help of boats. On the other hand, Valsassina, especially with its majestic Grigne mountains, offers a wide range of hikes and climbing opportunities. It is worth mentioning that it is here that the famous climbers Ragni di Lecco trained and grew.
