An elegant tourist structure located in Acconia, a fraction of Curinga (Catanzaro), with all rooms equipped with independent air conditioning/climate control to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The house has been completely renovated a few months ago and boasts a quiet location in the town centre, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding beauty and for organizing excursions along the Tyrrhenian and Ionian coasts, in an area rich in history, art and gastronomy and breathtaking landscapes.
The Lucia B&B, with breakfast included, has two bedrooms elegantly furnished in Urban style, each with a private bathroom.
All rooms have been recently renovated and offer modern comforts such as hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, USB sockets, single-serving samples of personal hygiene products, television and free internet access.
The Lucia B&B, in addition to maximum comfort, also guarantees safety on several levels both for guests and for the structure as a whole.
The chambers are equipped with opening with card reader, with simple and intuitive operation. The guest will simply have to bring the card close to the reader to open the door and insert it to activate the electricity.
The opening and activation of the electricity will be enabled only in the presence of an authorized card, benefiting from greater energy savings and a further degree of safety, preventing the onset of any short circuits when the room is unoccupied.
The bathrooms are equipped with specific emergency rods.
By pressing the pull button, an acoustic signal starts outside the room, a local emergency call is activated to the managers and a message is sent with the room number and time, ensuring maximum safety for the guest.
The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen are carried out every four days, guaranteeing an always fresh and welcoming environment.
The refined design and the family atmosphere make the Lucia B&B ideal for leisure holidays, business trips or romantic getaways.

We offer our guests coffee, barley, ginseng, tea and infusions, butter brioche, butter, jam, honey, nutella, yoghurt, corn flakes, rice crispies, choco pops, fruit muesli, biscuits, whole and semi-skimmed milk.
It may also happen that you will find in the kitchen some freshly picked or prepared local specialties to welcome you or welcome you back.

The Lucia B&B is located in Acconia, on the Tyrrhenian coast in the province of Catanzaro, a settlement dating back to the period of Magna Graecia (Lacconia) and in the Norman-Swabian era one of the major centers for the cultivation of sugar cane. Important evidence of its past still remains today, such as the imposing Roman baths, the medieval Norman Trappeto aqueduct, the ducal palace and the Norman tower of Lacconia.
The favorable position, in the center of the gulf of Sant'Eufemia/Lamezia Terme and of Calabria, has always and historically made it a land of passage and a place of cultural, social and commercial ferment and allows guests of the Lucia B&B to meet at:
- 40 km west of Catanzaro (and from the Ionian coast of the Aranci or Saraceni)
- 85 km south of Cosenza (and from the Sila mountains)
- 110 km north of Reggio Calabria (and from the Strait of Messina).
