Loftverona was originally a car mechanic's workshop built in 1959, but thanks to the renovation carried out in 2012 by the owners, both architects, the structure has become extremely special and unique in its spaces and livability. Light, air, and the internal garden are the dominant elements. This loft, created by the two architects who are also the owners and managers, is the result of a complete transformation of an old workshop, completed in September 2012. Inside the loft, you will find an authentic two-level space, with 4 spacious double rooms, significantly larger than the standards of B&Bs, each with a comfortable and spacious private bathroom. Additionally, the double-height reception area represents a true architectural tribute to the original industrial building. The entire structure was designed and developed by the architects around a private inner patio, which provides abundant air and light to all the rooms. All 4 rooms are equipped, as mentioned before, with spacious en-suite bathrooms, independently adjustable heating and air conditioning, as well as free Wi-Fi connection. Just 20 meters from the property, there is a public and free parking lot, while the bus stop to the historical center is just in front of the entrance, only a 10-minute journey away.
