The B&B Lo Djoua de Toueno is located in the municipality of Arvier, in the picturesque hamlet of Chamençon, at an altitude of 1250 meters. This typical stone and wood dwelling, recently restored, dates back to 1600. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, surrounded by forests, meadows, and well-kept gardens, this place offers its guests a unique experience. The family that manages the B&B offers two double rooms and a large attic lounge where you can enjoy breakfast while admiring the splendid panorama of the Ruitor glacier. You can spend pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace, playing board games, sipping herbal tea or a good grappa, or enjoying the sunset in the large green space in front. The furniture, made with passion and respect for traditions, is the result of the family's own craftsmanship. Here you will be surrounded by objects that tell stories: an old lumberjack sled, a carpenter's table, a pair of wooden skis. Every detail has been carefully taken care of, using precious materials. Breakfast is served in the main lounge, next to the large fireplace that is always lit during winter, or upon request in the green area outside. The "Djoua de Toueno" is not just a Bed and Breakfast, but a true mountain home, where wood and stone take center stage. Here, every object has a story to tell, and every detail has been chosen with great care.
Breakfast is included in the price of the stay and can be customized to accommodate our guests' dietary needs. We offer a selection of hot beverages, including Lavazza A Modo Mio espresso coffee, barley, hot chocolate, packaged fruit juices, and a wide choice of teas and herbal infusions.
As for the food, you will find fresh bread, freshly baked croissants, yogurt, cereals, honey, jam, Nutella, and local products. If you have specific dietary intolerances, we are able to offer alternatives upon request.

Our facility is located approximately seven kilometers along the regional road that leads to Valgrisenche, in the municipality of Arvier, in the picturesque hamlet of Chamençon. The house is surrounded by meadows and forests, with the stream flowing beside it, coming from the Ruitor glacier, offering a splendid panorama. A short distance away are the downhill and cross-country ski slopes of Valgrisenche, where you can also practice heliskiing. Numerous trails start from here and lead to alpine shelters and lakes, ideal for pleasant walks and trekking, with options suitable for both simple excursions and more challenging routes like the Alta Via. Moreover, we are only 30 minutes away from the renowned ski slopes of Courmayeur, La Thuile-La Rosiere, and Pila. Furthermore, we have a special agreement with the renowned Terme di Pre Saint Didier, located about twenty kilometers away, which allows us to directly book online on behalf of our guests.
