Locanda Scirocco is located in the heart of the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo in Sicily, right in the middle of the provinces of Trapani and Palermo. It is just 400 meters from the Lido Petrolo beach and is located in a recently renovated eighteenth-century building with a dependence.
The building, originally built in the late 1700s, has been completely remodeled and now offers 19 comfortable rooms.
Locanda Scirocco is the main structure with 8 rooms, including a two-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, reception service, and breakfast.
All rooms are equipped with modern comforts and necessary services, including a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), telephone, flat-screen TV, and minibar with Wi-Fi area. All to ensure a holiday of relaxation and rest. The rooms are furnished in a simple and elegant style and are accessed through a delightful picturesque courtyard full of colors. Our continental breakfasts, served in the warm setting of the breakfast room or in the characteristic frescoed courtyard, are rich in typical Sicilian flavors. You can taste our homemade jams and orange juices, homemade cakes, fresh seasonal fruit, granite, typical ricotta and cheeses, local cold cuts, our own production oil and olives, as well as traditional Sicilian sweets and biscuits.
Our restaurant, located just 80 meters from the main structure, offers both half board/full board and à la carte services.
The restaurant is located next to the century-old Villa Comunale, with its magnificent view of the Arab-Norman Castle and the adjacent port, surrounded by beautiful magnolias. The typical Sicilian cuisine proposed by our restaurant is based mainly on fresh fish caught in our sea. In addition, our gastronomic offer includes fresh salads, tasty first courses and an unmissable Sicilian pizza.
