Living Arena
Living Arena is a newly renovated apartment located in the heart of Verona, just 200 meters from the famous Verona Arena.
There are three private rooms available, all tastefully furnished and equipped with a private bathroom and separate entrance. The apartment is completely at the disposal of guests for their tourist stay.
The location is ideal, in the historic center, just 50 meters from Piazza Brà and 100 meters from the Arena. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a closed and independent entrance, to ensure the safety of our guests.
The area is quiet yet central, close to the city's renowned fashion street, where you can find prestigious brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Twin-set, and many others.
We offer an elegant and bright stay, with all the necessary comforts to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. You will find bed linen and towels, shower gel and shampoo, a Nespresso coffee machine with a kettle for tea and herbal teas, a 50-inch TV, air conditioning, and a paid garage. You will have all the space you need to feel at home.
No luggage storage is available for those wishing to continue to visit the city after check-out or deposit before check-in. My name is Giovanni and together with my family, we manage this structure in the historic center of Verona, just 200 meters from the wonderful Arena.
We have embarked on this new adventure not only as a job but above all as a way to meet new people. And we have found exactly what we were looking for among our guests.
Special, friendly, kind, and very respectful people who give us new emotions every day. We have had the pleasure of meeting people from all over the world, and I must say that they have never disappointed our expectations. They are truly special people.

The area is very well served by taxis and public transport that will take you to the train station, the airport, and Lake Garda.
The apartment is located just 100 meters from Piazza Brà and 200 meters from the Arena, as well as Verona's main boutiques with the best brands.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find a well-stocked supermarket, bars, restaurants, gyms, and a wide variety of shops.
If you are not customers of the supermarket, you can still use its parking lot, otherwise, just 200 meters away there is a large underground paid parking lot.
