A typical country house from the late 1800s has been finely renovated while respecting the surroundings. It features a large private vegetable garden with typical local crops, a wide variety of aromatic plants, a citrus grove and an olive grove covering about 20 hectares of the estate, and an ornamental garden with succulent plants and flowers from the lower Mediterranean area.
There is also a large swimming pool, a relaxation area, a lawn equipped for children, a bocce court, and hammocks.
The offer includes rooms in the main building or independent cottages with a kitchenette.
Every morning we prepare a lavish buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savory products; freshly baked donuts and tarts, jams, butter, fresh bread, biscuits, Nutella, cereals, cookies, fruit juices, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh seasonal fruit, cheeses, ricotta, small mozzarella balls, dry Palazzolo sausage, and much more.
Our specialty is fresh homemade pasta, prepared with traditional recipes from the local cuisine. Our goals are to enhance the production of the territory by recovering the bond with our peasant origins, highlighting typical tastes and flavors, gastronomic traditions, and local products.
