The names we have ideally given to the rooms represent the three main streets that lead the visitor to discover the nearby Vatican City.

The 3 Double rooms, one of which is also for triple use, have private bathrooms and every kind of comfort to best meet the needs of our guests.

Each Room is designed differently from the other for a unique experience. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, and digital TV, as well as free wireless Internet access. In the common space, you will find an entire wall as a blackboard on which to write like a real guestbook.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking and are equipped with:
double bed, TV, air conditioning/heating, desk, closet, mini fridge, sheets and linens, private bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, toiletries, towels, hair dryer.

Terms and Conditions.

1. Check-in time is from 2: 00 pm and check-out time is until 10: 00 am on the day of departure.

2. The guest acknowledges responsibility for payment of expenses accrued during the stay until the bills are fully settled.

3. The guest accepts the information on the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation No. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Law 196/03 as amended.

At the time of Check-in, payment of the Tourist Tax of €3. 50 per person per night is required, starting from 10 years of age, and for stays up to 10 nights.
