Location Our residence is the perfect location for all families on the move who will feel right at home here, especially those with children, who can play safely without any danger, and can have fun thanks to a structure created for them. Structure features Free wifi, air-conditioned house, free return, covered parking space (upon reservation), equipped bathroom and kitchen, a large terrace, and above all a barbecue area where you can organize meetings with friends are available to our customers. The following booking CONDITIONS make the management work transparent: - 30% advance upon booking of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer. - Balance of stay upon delivery of the keys. - Deposit in cash upon delivery of the keys. - The price of the stay is formulated for a number of people requested at the time of the estimate, and therefore for the guests who will be registered. - The presence of occasional unregistered guests for stay or overnight in the accommodation is prohibited. From 9: 00 pm the reception is closed, please contact the property to communicate any delays after 9: 00 pm. By making the reservation online or electronically, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these Contractual Conditions. The customer can choose among the different available accommodations the one he likes, according to the relative rates. The accommodations chosen by the Client with check-in and check-out on Saturdays cannot undergo any change.
