Our cozy bed & breakfast is located on Via Nazionale in San Teodoro, between Dettori Market and the Eni fuel station, right in front of the bus stop. The strategic location of our B&B allows for easy access to the main beaches and town center. In the vicinity of the establishment, you will find a variety of services including supermarkets, delis, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, tobacco shops, and other commercial activities. The B&B consists of three rooms, each with a private bathroom, and also offers a common space where you can enjoy a self-service breakfast. Additionally, we provide free Wi-Fi throughout the premises. Outside, in addition to a spacious veranda of about 36 sqm, you will have the opportunity to park your cars in a large, fully fenced garden of about 700 sqm. You will also find three showers with hot and cold water, as well as a clothesline for each room. Furthermore, we offer guests two bicycles per room free of charge. Our establishment is fully automated thanks to the "Home Automation" system, which allows us to manage all comforts in an environmentally friendly manner. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and autonomous water heaters. To ensure uninterrupted service, we also have a water reserve that allows us to cope with any supply disruptions. Shuttle service or taxi can be booked to and from the port or airport. The distance from Olbia is approximately 22 km and it takes about 30 minutes (depending on traffic) to reach the port and airport. However, please note that we do not accept credit card payments at the establishment.
