Our cozy bed & breakfast is located on Via Nazionale in San Teodoro, between Dettori Market and the Eni fuel station, right in front of the bus stop.
The strategic location of our B&B allows for easy access to the main beaches and town center. In the vicinity of the establishment, you will find a variety of services including supermarkets, delis, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, tobacco shops, and other commercial activities.
The B&B consists of three rooms, each with a private bathroom, and also offers a common space where you can enjoy a self-service breakfast. Additionally, we provide free Wi-Fi throughout the premises.
Outside, in addition to a spacious veranda of about 36 sqm, you will have the opportunity to park your cars in a large, fully fenced garden of about 700 sqm. You will also find three showers with hot and cold water, as well as a clothesline for each room.
Furthermore, we offer guests two bicycles per room free of charge.
Our establishment is fully automated thanks to the "Home Automation" system, which allows us to manage all comforts in an environmentally friendly manner. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and autonomous water heaters.
To ensure uninterrupted service, we also have a water reserve that allows us to cope with any supply disruptions.
Shuttle service or taxi can be booked to and from the port or airport.
The distance from Olbia is approximately 22 km and it takes about 30 minutes (depending on traffic) to reach the port and airport. However, please note that we do not accept credit card payments at the establishment.
You can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast from the early morning until 11:00 am. In our buffet, you will find a wide selection of delights: you can taste cappuccino, coffee, tea, and milk, accompanied by delicious packaged brioches. You will also have a variety of jams, honey, Nutella, and packaged cakes available. For those who love fresh fruit, there is a selection of seasonal fruits. If you prefer a savory option, we also offer cold cuts and cheeses to accompany your toast. The coffee machine will be at your disposal throughout the day. Additionally, if you have any special requests such as lactose intolerance or other dietary needs, we will be happy to arrange a personalized breakfast for you.
My name is Salvatore Serra and I was born in 1977. In 2007, I obtained a degree in Economics from the University of Sassari. After working as a tax consultant for over 11 years, I decided to make a change in my life by opening this small establishment, which reflects my lively and cheerful personality.
I am a lover of sports and travel, and I have always dreamed of having a welcoming place where I can share the wonders of my island with guests. Like all islanders, I am in love with my land: its beaches, its traditions, the mountains, and all the outdoor sports that we can practice thanks to the mild climate that accompanies us for most of the year.

The property is located on the main street, just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the wonderful "La Cinta" beach. In front of the house, simply cross the road to find the shuttle stop that will conveniently take you to all the beaches in our municipality, without having to worry about your car. Just 20 meters away, you will find supermarkets, bars, tobacco shops, bike rentals, and much more.
