Located in the heart of Sestri Levante, the three-room apartment "Piazzetta del Mercato" offers an elegant and comfortable retreat for tourists. Just 200 meters from the beaches, this apartment ensures privacy and convenience with modern amenities such as air conditioning, heating, an elevator (with only ten steps from street level), and unlimited Wi-Fi connection. A private garage is available 300 meters away.
The accommodation, which can accommodate up to four people, is available for weekly reservations with arrival on Saturdays. Prices range from 850 to 1600 euros per week, with special rates for longer stays. The cost includes all services, such as linen (with change upon request for 50 euros), energy consumption, use of the garage, and final cleaning, excluding the kitchen which must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a supplement of 30 euros will be applied.
A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival, in addition to the local tourist tax. Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Accessibility for disabled individuals is limited.
The apartment is equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a spacious living room, and two bedrooms with access to the terraces.

The strategic location of this place allows enthusiasts of this discipline to avoid the strenuous climb to reach the heights or, if they prefer, to take advantage of shuttle services that transport bicycles along the route.
