The Bed and Breakfast Le Cupole is located in the center of the marvelous city of Trieste and is born from the desire to create a romantic and welcoming environment for guests who stay there. The furniture is made using forgotten antique furniture, inspired by the Shabby chic style and others that belonged to my grandparents' house when I was a child and had remained in the basement until I finally gave them new life.
You will live for a few days in a romantic atmosphere, but with all the modern comforts of today, immersing yourself in the Central European charm of a city rich in literary history in one of the most suggestive places in Trieste.
The historic building is located above the Stella Polare literary café, frequented by James Joyce and Italo Svevo during their days.
The Bed and Breakfast takes its name from the splendid Domes of the Serbian Orthodox Temple, which overlook some of the rooms, and is located inside a magnificent historic building on the Grand Canal. It consists of three beautiful bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a cozy lounge where you can relax and have breakfast. The B&B includes three environmentally friendly rooms, in Shabby and vintage style, each different from the other, carefully designed in every detail. Each room has been assigned a dominant color and details that recall the same tones and shades have been added. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels (changed every three days), HD 40" TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, and double soundproof windows. Upon request, with an extra charge, it is possible to have a crib or a children's bed.
In the morning, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the magnificent lounge. The breakfast includes a variety of delicacies, such as toast, butter, jam and Nutella, yogurt, cereals and pastries. Additionally, guests can indulge in unlimited coffee, tea and fruit juices.

I enjoy exploring flea markets, searching for forgotten objects to give them a new life in the charming Shabby chic style. My biggest desire was to create a romantic and welcoming B&B, furnishing it exclusively with recycled antique furniture, some of which have been kept in my grandparents' house since I was a child and now forgotten in the basement. Guests staying at The Cupolas will be able to breathe in an atmosphere of antiquity, while enjoying all modern comforts.
The apartment is located in a very central position in the beautiful area of Teresian Village, precisely in Sant'Antonio Square, with a wonderful view of the Grand Canal. In just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach Unity Square, the largest seafront square in Italy. Every morning, the square comes to life with the picturesque fruit and vegetable market, making it fun and colorful. To relive the atmosphere of Trieste's famous historical cafes, you can stop at Caffè Stella Polare, located right below your accommodation, where James Joyce used to spend his days.
