The careful and refined choice of materials, as well as the perfect fusion between classic and modern styles in the furnishings, make this typical residence a welcoming and elegant tourist destination.
Inside a historic building, with an ancient stone fireplace native to the area, we have enjoyed mixing different styles and high-quality materials: Verona stone and Trentino fir in the living room, Roman travertine and technology in the SPA room, wrought iron and oak with stone walls in the bedrooms, and steel with granite and travertine in the bathrooms. These elements make the rooms of this house unique and prestigious.
The residence offers two meticulously maintained rooms with a SPA and has three bathrooms: one on the ground floor in the living area and two on the upper floor inside the two bedrooms. The bathrooms of the rooms, La Leon (a classic and comfortable room for three people) and La Lorì (a warm and romantic room for two people), are both equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, and hairdryer.
The staircase leading to the first floor has a convenient handrail, but does not have facilities for disabled individuals.
The SPA room for two people, located on the ground floor and exclusively reserved for one room, offers a Turkish bath, whirlpool tub, shower, and private bathroom. The living room and open-space kitchen are located on the ground floor.

The establishment, unfortunately, does not provide a quick breakfast service, but it offers guests some packaged essential items, such as coffee and tea. Additionally, we have an agreement with a bar located just 30 meters from the courtyard, where you can purchase fresh products that can also be delivered directly to the residence upon request.

My wife Ludovica and I, along with our three children Giulia, Zeno, and Giacomo, embarked on this adventure over three years ago. We purchased an old house in a typical courtyard in the historic center of the village of Avesa, on the outskirts of Verona, where we also happily live just a few steps away from the residence.
This experience has been a challenge for us, far from our professions (I am a physiotherapist osteopath and Ludovica has a law degree). But it is an adventure that has intrigued and stimulated us greatly. During the renovation work, we enjoyed creating comfortable environments, carefully choosing materials and solutions.
Our goal is to make you feel pampered in an elegant nest, offering you a welcoming atmosphere after a busy day. This was our thought during the design and realization of this home.
