The B&B Le Coccole is located within the prestigious Palazzo Genovese Grillo Spinola, situated at Piazza Delle Vigne 3. This historic building, constructed in the late 15th century, boasts a valuable frescoed facade, partly attributed to the Ligurian painter Luca Cambiaso and created with the help of Genoese artists in the mid-16th century.
