The name evokes the smallest and simplest part of the grain, but it also represents the foundation for obtaining flour and preparing many delicious dishes. We chose this name to convey to our guests the simplicity and goodness of our dishes, prepared with local ingredients. All our dishes are handmade, like the homemade pasta our grandmothers used to make on Sundays. We believe that food is rooted in the traditions of the region and is closely linked to the culture and customs of our area. Therefore, we offer authentic dishes with local ingredients, respecting traditions and nature. In addition to the à la carte menu, we also offer various set menus, always following the seasonality of products to ensure fresh and nutritious meals at every sitting.
