The Guesthouse Le Campane di Assisi is a welcoming place that offers four rooms with private bathrooms, located a short distance from the square of Santa Maria degli Angeli.
Its location is ideal as it is close enough to the town center to be reached on foot without having to use a car, but at the same time far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and intimacy of our charming garden.
This guesthouse represents a strategic base for visiting Assisi and the numerous picturesque villages of Umbria. Furthermore, it is a welcoming place where you can relax and peacefully enjoy your vacation.
The structure, although simple, will offer you every necessary comfort during your stay. You will be welcomed as special guests or, if you prefer, as long-time friends.

At our facility, we do not provide breakfast service. However, you can still enjoy the convenience of having a handy kettle available directly in your room. Additionally, if you wish to have breakfast outside, you only need to walk 150 meters to reach the nearest bar.

I was born and raised in a family that thrived on tourism and hospitality. Later on, I moved to Umbria to study and work in this industry until I fulfilled my dream: I completely renovated a house to be able to accommodate my guests.

The property is located in the heart of Santa Maria degli Angeli. The majestic basilica, the lively square, the convenient railway station, the very practical bus stop, and the main street with a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars are all just a short walk away. The street where the accommodation is located is neither chaotic nor isolated. Within a radius of just 200 meters, you can find a cozy bar, a convenient supermarket, a delicious restaurant, a small park with games for children, a shop where you can rent bicycles, and even a sports center with a splendid swimming pool and tennis courts. The area is characterized by flat terrain and the house is extremely easy to reach, being just 1 km away from the SS.75 road that connects all the wonderful towns of Umbria.
