Le Balze: a park on the outskirts of Perugia, a true oasis of peace 1 km away from shops and services. You can stay in one of the two rooms in the villa inhabited by the hosts, who will always be available but at the same time very attentive to the privacy of their guests. Maximum flexibility and freedom of schedule: breakfast will be self-managed without time limits, while access to the property can be done through a self check-in, using a numerical keypad to enter the gate. You can also enjoy the large spaces of the garden with a pool (with salt water), outdoor hot showers, a porch-relaxation area, gazebo, tables, and lawns. The city bus stops right in front of the house, the train station and the highway are only 2 km away.

Our breakfast

Our breakfast is self-serviced, so no time limits! During the colder months, breakfast is served directly in the room, while in summer you can enjoy it on the patio in front of the villa. It includes bread, butter, Nutella and jam; rusks, croissants, cake, cookies, yogurt, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Guests will have access to a microwave and a fridge; plates and cutlery to organize a picnic outdoors.

Area mid-centre

The location of Le Balze is very strategic: you have the feeling of being far away from everything, immersed in nature and tranquility; however, you are close to everything! Just 2.5 km from the Perugia train station, easily accessible by public transport, and 2 km from the exit of the E45 Perugia Piscille highway. The urban bus stop is in front of the house. Just 1.2 km away is the village of Montebello, which offers a large supermarket open also on Sunday mornings, a bar/tobacco/newspaper shop, a pharmacy, and a post office with an ATM. In the direction of the city center, 600 meters away, there is a small supermarket and an excellent butcher known for its high-quality artisanal products. Finally, at 1.8 km, the historic center begins with the Abbey of San Pietro, the historic and picturesque area of Borgo XX Giugno and Corso Cavour, which leads through the stairs of S. Ercolano to the heart of the city: Piazza Italia and Corso Vannucci.
