The structure, located on the second floor, is surrounded by greenery in a new and peaceful residential neighborhood that promotes relaxation (here you can sleep like a log, while in the city center sleep is optional due to the lively nightlife until 4 in the morning). It offers free and convenient parking for guests, just five meters from the B&B, even for those towing a boat trailer (in the city center, it would take at least 30 minutes, "if you're lucky," every time you return, accumulating a lot of stress and fines). Le Acacie is very close to the A14 motorway exit, making it perfect for those who want to break their journey and rest for one night. It is only 1,900 meters from the sea and 2,500 meters from the city center and the port (boarding point for the Tremiti Islands), reachable in just 4 minutes by car. There is an excellent connection to the beach resorts/train station/city center, with buses passing every 30 minutes. We have a special agreement with an excellent family beach resort and provide free umbrellas, chairs, and sunbeds for those who want to go to the public beach. We also have a partnership with a wellness center, just 50 meters away. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor and are served by a comfortable and spacious elevator for 8 people in a new and peaceful commercial neighborhood (here you can sleep very well, while in the city center sleep is optional due to the lively nightlife until 4 in the morning). With convenient and free parking just 5 meters from the entrance, even for those towing a boat trailer or arriving with a van or truck (in the city center, it would take at least 30 minutes, "if you're lucky," every time you return, accumulating a lot of stress and fines, only to discover that it is over 1 km away from the room, with a walk of over 15 minutes on foot). Note: we offer a convenient taxi service for those arriving by train or bus, as well as for trips to the beach or city center. We have 4 spacious attic rooms, all with large and spacious private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, internet, complimentary drinks, and fridge space. Despite not being in the city center, there are over 55 commercial establishments nearby, including a shopping center and an excellent bar, a restaurant specializing in meat/fish, and a pizzeria, just 50 meters away.
