"La Vita Nuova" is a splendid authentic farm dating back to the late 19th century. The building is surrounded by vineyards and has recently been carefully restored to preserve the ancient style of the Marche region and give new life to the structure.
Located on Via San Amico in Morro D'Alba, the farm is situated in a quiet area surrounded by hills dotted with sunflowers, olive trees and Lacrima and Verdicchio vineyards. Here, guests can relax in our heated pool enjoying a breathtaking view of the valley.
The farm is easily accessible, strategically located less than 15 km from the Adriatic Sea, shopping centers, and Ancona airport (Falconara).
