In fact, Arianna believes that "breakfast should be plentiful because the day will be long," a lesson passed down to her by her grandparents, which she carefully applies when preparing breakfast for guests.
Every morning, you will be greeted by the aroma of cakes, freshly baked bread, muffins, and other delicious homemade products. These are prepared using selected local flours and are accompanied by the freshness of seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as typical cheeses and cured meats from the area.
You can savor locally produced cured meats, milk, yogurt, and butter from the surrounding farms. You can also enjoy cheeses such as Robiola di Roccaverano, accompanied by our delicious homemade black grape mustard. Additionally, you can taste homemade bread and a selection of Italian-style tarts, cookies, and muffins, all prepared with love.
