Since June 2023, we, Ruud and Saskia from the Netherlands, have been welcoming guests seeking peace and simplicity in the real Italy, far away from the tourist crowds.

Our B&B is strategically located near the medieval town of Cingoli, known as "the balcony of Le Marche" because of its breathtaking panoramas. Mountain bikers will find a paradise of challenging trails through rolling hills, with the majestic Apennine Mountains to the west and the refreshing Adriatic coast to the east. The varied terrain makes Le Marche perfect for mountain biking tours at all levels.

Ruud and Saskia, who hail from the Netherlands, have chosen the hills of the Marche region to embark on a project that combines hospitality with a love for nature. After numerous trips to Italy, they decided to settle near Cingoli, drawn by the area's authenticity and quality of life. With enthusiasm, care, and a genuinely welcoming spirit, they host their guests, sharing the tranquility of the countryside, the beauty of the landscapes, and the joy of living in harmony with the rhythms of nature. They speak English, Dutch, and a bit of Italian, and are always ready to offer personalized advice and recommendations.
