Città della Pieve, the birthplace of Perugino, is a perfect destination for those seeking peace, connection with nature, and love for art. The old buildings that were once owned by Misericordia and later transformed into a military barracks now host our cozy B&B, located just outside the city. Our establishment offers an ideal environment for a regenerating stay, perfect for those who simply want to immerse themselves in the soft lines of the wonderful landscapes of the lower Val di Chiana and Lake Trasimeno.
At our B&B, we provide a delightful buffet breakfast in the common room. You will find a variety of homemade pastries and biscuits, as well as tasty freshly baked croissants. Additionally, as an alternative, you can choose to have a quick breakfast at our own Caffé Marconi, located just below the B&B. Here you can enjoy excellent cappuccinos and coffee.
We are aware of different dietary needs and intolerances, so we are ready to accommodate any special requests or specific diets. We will be happy to provide suitable options to meet your individual needs.

The central location of our B&B provides the opportunity to enjoy charming panoramic views of Città della Pieve through the large windows of the rooms. Each room, whether double or triple, is furnished in a similar style, but with unique details. Each room has a private bathroom.
The structure has a fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent living room, both available to guests and equipped with all necessary amenities. In addition, both the rooms and the living room are equipped with television and free internet access.
The building has an elevator to facilitate movement within the structure, and we are happy to welcome our guests' pets.
