"The B&B "La vecchia latteria" is a place steeped in history and memories. A countryside dwelling, surrounded by meadows and green hills. Its name pays tribute to the ingenuity and courage of Gianna Pozzi and Domenico Negri, who in the 1970s transformed a modest agricultural company into a clever milk production and sales business. "The Gianna of milk" was famous, who every morning, without ever setting an alarm, would leave at exactly six o'clock with her van for home deliveries. Thanks to her enthusiastic and welcoming spirit, Gianna immediately understood the great potential of the place and, in addition to the dairy activity, began welcoming guests to her guesthouse. The house has always been a destination for loyal tourists seeking an escape from the chaos and heat of the city, eager to enjoy the peace and relaxation of San Michele. In 2013, forty years later, this place was completely renovated and reborn as the Bed and Breakfast "La Vecchia Latteria". Dori, who was born right in this house, along with Gino, her husband with whom they have successfully managed numerous tourist activities, put their passion and professionalism at the service of the new guests. The old dairy has a history that began long ago and continues to this day."
